Australia Day is an important day in all of our calendars as it gives us the opportunity to celebrate our great country and what it means to be Australian.

This year on Tuesday 26 January, we have a great range of Australia Day events and celebrations to cater for the whole family.

Bankstown Australia Day Celebrations at Paul Keating Park, Bankstown
The celebrations will include free rides for all the family and a free barbecue from midday until 3pm. Entertainment will feature a cover band, Old School Band, as well as singers from the Bankstown Talent Advancement Program.

Australia Day at Revesby Workers’ Club
Featuring a special ‘Aussie Tucker’ menu, Aussie trivia and some of Sydney’s best live entertainment in the Infinity Bar and Lounge with band Aussie Rock Revival playing from 5pm.

Celebrate Australia Day at Padstow RSL
Located in the Mixed Lounge from 2pm

The Mill Hotel
Enjoy live music all day, giant chess and Jenga, $10 schnitzels all day and $2 lamingtons.

Or why not celebrate the day outdoors at one of our beautiful recreation areas such as a picnic or BBQ at one of the many reserves and parks along the gorgeous Georges River.
